The President’s Club 2024: Miami Extravaganza!

The President’s Club is an annual sales contest designed to recognize and reward our Top Agents. This year, we’re thrilled to announce that our winners will be jetting off to the vibrant city of Miami, Florida!

• Timing: 4/14/2024 through 4/17/2024 in Miami, Florida
• Contest Duration: 1/1/2023 through 12/31/2023
• Award Announcement: 2/1/2024
• Eligibility: All employees with a minimum of one year of service as of 12/31/2023
• Contest Criteria: Achieving $125,000 new MRR

Package Rewards

• Accommodation: 3 nights at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach
• Transportation: Private transfers between the airport and hotel
• Dining Experience: Dinner at Miami’s top-rated restaurant, Casa Tua, with a curated menu
• Recreational Activities: Choice between a day of golfing at the Miami Beach Golf Club or a spa day at Lapis Spa
• Event: Exclusive gala night with a live musical performance

*The winner is responsible for flight and transportation to Fontainbleau Hotel.

What to Expect – Miami 2024

• Weather: Miami in April boasts temperatures ranging from 65°F (18°C) to 77°F (25°C), so pack your summer essentials!
• Culture: Dive into the rich history and art deco architecture of Miami while experiencing the vibrant nightlife and fusion of Latin and American cultures.
• Cuisine: Savor the flavors of Cuban, Haitian, and South American cuisines while relishing fresh seafood and the famous Cuban sandwich.
• Beaches: Miami’s beaches are iconic, so indulge with some sunbathing, swimming, or water sports. It’s bound to be a memorable time.
• Shopping: Explore the renowned Design District, or the luxury boutiques at Bal Harbour Shops.

TDM Earned Trip Computation

• Credit determination is based on commissionable MRR per individual contract terms.
• Aggregate sales volume will be calculated by summing up new revenue from new billing accounts sold and recorded to TDM between 1/1/2023 and 12/31/2023, expected to bill for at least 12 months.
• Accounts sold from 9/1/2023 to 12/31/2023 that are yet to be billed by the year-end are included with corresponding executed paperwork.
• The cut-off for order signing is 12/31/2023. Orders must be submitted and logged by 1/4/2024.
• Sales resulting in commission deductions will see their credit value reduced equivalently.
• Accounts transitioning to TDM (base transfer) are excluded from President’s Club computations unless TDM retains the full administrative portion of commissions.

President’s Club Trip Guidelines

• All trip attendees must be at least 18 years old.
• If a winner chooses to travel solo, no alternate prize or value will be provided in place of guest.
• Travel dates are fixed, and awards cannot be exchanged for vouchers or cash, nor can they be transferred, sold, or traded.
• Winners wishing to extend their trip can do so via the nominated travel agency. Additional guests are permitted for the extended stay but are barred from President’s Club events. TDM holds no responsibility for any aspect of trip extensions, including transport between hotel and airport.
• Award recipients consent to TDM using their name and/or image for promotional, advertising, or publishing purposes related to the TDM President’s Club at TDM’s discretion.

Reimbursement & Liability

• Flight detail amendments are the sole financial responsibility of the partner. Reimbursements are capped at the initial flight allowance.
• Trip-related expenses such as baggage fees, meals, car hire, parking, or mileage during travel are not reimburseable.
• Winners are responsible for addressing any federal, state, or other tax obligations associated with the 2023 TDM President’s Club awards. TDM holds no responsibility for covering or contributing to these tax liabilities.
